  • Overseeing inventory cycle counts, reconciliations, and physical audits to maintain accuracy and compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
  • Mentoring and developing a team of 3-5 finance professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Creating executive-level financial dashboards, KPIs, and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for plant leadership.
  • Driving inventory accuracy initiatives through process improvements and technology enhancements.
  • Participating in kaizen events, lean projects, and cross-functional teams to foster continuous improvement across the facility.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Active CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification highly desirable.
