  • Partner cross-functionally with production, sales, and procurement teams to gather data and produce reports that drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop accurate financial forecasts and budgets, aligning with long-term business objectives and production cycles.
  • Perform in-depth variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance profitability.
  • Direct month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met with zero discrepancies.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial support to the General Manager and Corporate Controller, contributing to high-level strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications

To excel as our Plant Controller, you bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
  • At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in plant controlling, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance.
  • Deep expertise in US GAAP, internal controls (SOX compliance a plus), and manufacturing cost accounting principles.
  • Hands-on proficiency with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards, coupled with advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling.
