Required Qualifications

To excel as our Plant Controller, you bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing accounting, with at least 3 years in a plant controller or similar role.
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification highly desirable.
  • Deep expertise in standard costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards, plus advanced Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence operations leaders and drive business results.
