Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; Master's or MBA preferred. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification strongly desired for this senior plant controller position.
Minimum 5-7 years in manufacturing finance, with proven track record in plant controlling, cost accounting, or industrial cost management. Experience in steel, metals, or heavy manufacturing is a plus. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards essential.
