Key Responsibilities

Procure-to-Pay System & Process Management

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of P2P systems and processes to streamline operations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing hands-on support to end users across all business units.
  • Partner closely with ERP and system administrators to ensure optimal functionality, governance, and uptime.

Accounts Payable & Technical Support

  • Deliver expert technical support for AP-related issues, data discrepancies, and workflow bottlenecks.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of AP data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and actionable insights for process enhancements.
  • Support system upgrades and enhancements, including rigorous testing, user acceptance, and comprehensive documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate seamlessly with Procurement, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure accurate data flows and robust system integrations.
  • Drive the adoption of technology solutions aligned with broader business objectives and strategic goals.

Training & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop, deliver, and maintain engaging training programs tailored to procurement and AP processes.
  • Create and update essential documentation, such as user guides, process manuals, and best practices resources.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, delivering compelling insights and presentations to leadership.

Analytics & Compliance

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to evaluate P2P performance and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
  • Support internal and external audits while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Contribute expertise to special projects, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
