Key Responsibilities

- Validate orders by reviewing supporting contracts, historical spend data, and compliance documentation for financial accuracy.
- Support end-to-end procurement workflows using Coupa and integrated enterprise systems.
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain Smartsheet trackers, generate report-outs, and ensure timely procurement data updates.
- Provide stakeholders with actionable procurement insights and reporting deliverables.
Spend Analysis & Cost Optimization
- Analyze multi-year purchase order and spend data to uncover trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Evaluate supplier rates and support negotiations to enhance expense management and efficiency.
Vendor Onboarding & Data Governance
- Manage complete supplier onboarding processes and uphold data integrity across systems.
- Keep vendor records accurate, current, and compliant with organizational standards.
Risk Mitigation & Compliance
- Ensure suppliers complete required GRMS certifications to reduce enterprise risk.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and adherence to internal procurement policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
