Key Responsibilities

Analytics and Dashboard Mastery

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to track critical procurement KPIs, including cost savings, supplier performance, and contract compliance metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth spend analysis across suppliers and dealership networks to identify emerging trends, potential risks, and untapped opportunities for optimization.

Strategic Collaboration and Insights

  • Partner closely with sourcing teams, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align data-driven insights with broader strategic initiatives.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations that inform sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and overall procurement efficiency.

Data Management and Innovation

  • Lead comprehensive data cleansing, enrichment, and classification projects to ensure data quality and usability.
  • Implement and manage state-of-the-art analytics platforms such as Power BI and Qlik, while integrating AI-driven tools to supercharge procurement intelligence.
  • Perform supplier segmentation and risk analysis by blending internal datasets with external market intelligence.

Leadership and Integration

  • Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to facilitate seamless system integrations and data alignment across the organization.
  • Deliver compelling presentations of analytical findings to senior leadership, directly influencing high-stakes decision-making processes.
  • Continuously monitor and adopt the latest trends in procurement analytics, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in procurement data analytics, spend analysis, or a similar role within a large-scale organization.
