Key Responsibilities

Both roles share core duties while specializing in unique product areas:

  • Translate business needs and customer insights into detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria to guide development.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, marketing, operations, implementation, customer success, and clinical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Qualifications
