About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end development of high-quality, solid-dose nutritional products. • Define project objectives, create detailed timelines, and track progress to ensure all deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams—including R&D, quality assurance, and marketing—and external vendors or contract manufacturers to refine and optimize product formulations for efficacy, stability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Foster strong, productive relationships across departments, promoting knowledge sharing and alignment on shared goals.
  • Prepare in-depth technical documentation, such as scientific reports, stability studies, regulatory dossiers, and executive presentations to support decision-making and compliance.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks, such as supply chain disruptions or formulation challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies for swift resolution.
  • Actively contribute to broader departmental initiatives, including new technology scouting, process improvements, and long-term R&D strategic planning.

This role requires hands-on involvement in every phase, ensuring products meet rigorous scientific standards and consumer expectations.

  • Demonstrated expertise in formulation science, including ingredient selection, stability testing, and scale-up processes.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience using tools like MS Project, Asana, or Jira to deliver complex initiatives on schedule.
  • Strong collaborative abilities, with a history of successful partnerships across diverse teams and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional technical writing skills for creating compliant documentation that meets FDA or other regulatory standards.
  • Analytical mindset for risk assessment and problem-solving in fast-paced R&D settings.
