  • Handle subcontractor and supplier lien releases, adhering strictly to contract terms and legal requirements.
  • Approve and release subcontractor invoices post-verification of approvals and documentation.
  • Establish and organize job accounting files, maintaining impeccable records for audits and reporting.
  • Monitor insurance and bond details for all subcontractors to mitigate project risks.
  • Execute labor and expense transfers with accuracy to reflect true project costs.
  • Configure and manage projects in Spectrum software, interpreting contracts for optimal accounting and invoicing setup.
  • Generate and share monthly billing reports with Project Managers for informed decision-making.
  • Validate that all labor and expenses align with contract stipulations, preventing overruns.
  • Compile and submit comprehensive invoice packages to clients, including all necessary backups.
  • Provide confident, professional responses to client and internal queries, investigating and resolving issues effectively.
  • Track invoice receipts and payment statuses, collaborating with Project Managers on collections.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with project teams regarding contract progress and change orders.
  • Accurately record payments and EFT transactions within the accounting system.
  • Support broader accounting functions, including month-end closings, general ledger postings, and Balance Sheet reconciliations.

Required Qualifications
