Maintain meticulous record-keeping in project folders and internal systems. Support Non-Conformance Report (NCR) submissions and follow red-flag procedures to resolve unfinished works efficiently, ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the first point of contact for client scheduling, confirmations, and updates. Draft clear, detail-oriented communications outlining project scope, timelines, and site requirements. Liaise seamlessly with installers, contractors, and internal teams such as Pre-Con, Logistics, Aftercare, Accounts, Quality, and Operations to foster collaboration and resolve issues promptly.

Resource & Logistics Management

Collaborate with Resource Managers for labor allocation, ensuring installers receive all necessary project information in advance. Coordinate timely deliveries of doorsets, components, and consumables. Arrange site access, permits, and client requirements before works begin, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.

Continuous Improvement

Proactively identify ways to streamline scheduling, documentation, and communication processes. Provide valuable feedback on recurring issues and contribute to developing best practices for the Projects team, positioning yourself as a key innovator in this growing organization.
