• Creating advanced automations, formulas, scripts, forms, custom views, and interfaces to optimize content operations and enhance usability.
• Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee data integrity, system performance, and seamless user experiences.
• Diagnosing and resolving issues in Airtable automations, third-party integrations, and large-scale performance challenges.
• Managing event data archiving and strict PII removal within T+2 weeks post-event to meet data governance compliance.
• Crafting a reusable Airtable content management template for future seasons (2026/2027), ensuring long-term scalability.
• Documenting processes, workflows, and guidelines to empower cross-functional teams.
• Handling attendance tracking, survey data cleanup, and insightful reporting.
