Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough readiness assessments, monitoring action items to guarantee smooth adoption of new systems and processes with minimal disruption.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication

  • Organize and facilitate recurring stakeholder meetings, fostering collaboration between business units and program teams.
  • Act as the central liaison, ensuring seamless communication flows and alignment across all functions involved in the transformation.
  • Champion change management initiatives, developing targeted communication plans to build buy-in and readiness among end-users.

Tracking, Reporting & Cutover Support

  • Maintain rigorous weekly and monthly tracking mechanisms for communications, training sessions, and cutover deliverables.
  • Create dynamic dashboards and executive status reports that provide real-time visibility into progress, risks, and key milestones.
  • Lead readiness coordination in the lead-up to cutover events, while providing hands-on support for post-cutover stabilization and hypercare.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should bring 10+ years of project management experience, ideally in enterprise transformations within utilities, energy, or financial services sectors. Key qualifications include proven expertise in business readiness, process integration, and change management; strong facilitation skills for workshops; and proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar for planning and reporting.
