- Perform thorough readiness assessments, monitoring action items to guarantee smooth adoption of new systems and processes with minimal disruption.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication
- Organize and facilitate recurring stakeholder meetings, fostering collaboration between business units and program teams.
- Act as the central liaison, ensuring seamless communication flows and alignment across all functions involved in the transformation.
- Champion change management initiatives, developing targeted communication plans to build buy-in and readiness among end-users.
Tracking, Reporting & Cutover Support
- Maintain rigorous weekly and monthly tracking mechanisms for communications, training sessions, and cutover deliverables.
