Progress Tracking and Risk Management

Documentation and Resource Management

Maintain ownership of all project documentation, including creative briefs, timelines, status updates, meeting notes, and final archives using tools like MS Teams. Efficiently manage creative intake processes, prioritization, and resource demands to optimize scoping and capacity planning.

Process Improvement and Team Leadership

Facilitate project wrap-ups and debriefs to capture key learnings and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing creative workflows and processes. Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships, providing clear direction, accountability, and execution leadership to creative teams.
