Key Responsibilities

Core Project & Program Management

• Drive end-to-end execution of complex projects across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define comprehensive operating models and technology requirements to support Prime Services growth.
• Lead steering committees, governance forums, and strategic update sessions with senior executives.
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, risk logs, and issue trackers.
• Ensure full compliance with the Change Management Framework, particularly for EMEA-impacting initiatives.
• Foster productive relationships with project leads, sponsors, and teams across the global enterprise.

Regulatory & Governance

• Support all regulatory compliance and approval processes for financial services initiatives.
• Track, coordinate, and oversee governance programs essential for successful new product launches.

Specific Program Responsibilities

• Lead the build-out of a groundbreaking new Prime Services offering, managing scope, capacity, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate seamless activities across technology, operations, business, and external vendor teams.
• Proactively identify risks, escalate critical issues, and drive mitigation strategies to resolution.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc program status communications to senior management and strategic committees.
• Manage intricate workstream interdependencies and provide oversight for all outsourced components.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this Senior Project Manager role, candidates must possess:

• 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience, with at least 5 years in financial services or Prime Services.
• Proven track record managing complex, global programs with multiple cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory environments, and Prime Brokerage operations.
• Expertise in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and risk management frameworks.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for C-suite interactions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA a plus.
