• Building comprehensive cost estimates incorporating direct costs (labor, materials, equipment), indirect costs (overhead, contingencies), and subcontractor bids for holistic financial projections.
• Leveraging deep industry knowledge to develop custom estimates when standard databases fall short, applying independent calculations and historical data benchmarks.
• Vigilantly identifying and flagging missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information in bid documents, drawings, or cost databases to mitigate risks.
• Maintaining dynamic databases of vendors, subcontractors, product specifications, and evolving regulatory requirements for compliance and efficiency.
• Actively participating in team meetings, bid reviews, and contributing to document management workflows for seamless project handoffs.
