Key Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of this finance transformation project. Your daily impact includes:

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, dashboards, risk logs, and status reports to ensure smooth project execution and transparency.
• Coordinating and facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and engaging stakeholders across diverse finance and accounting teams to foster alignment.
• Supporting the evaluation and onboarding of vendors for shared services and outsourcing initiatives, ensuring seamless integration.
• Preparing executive-level presentations and reports, distilling complex information into concise, actionable summaries for senior leadership.
• Monitoring project budgets, updating documentation, and analyzing the impact of financial changes to maintain fiscal discipline.

• Collaborating onsite with the Project Director, external consultants, and divisional leaders to drive project milestones and success.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this PMO Project Manager role, you bring:

• Proven project management experience in finance/accounting, ideally in hospitality or shared services environments.
• Expertise in tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar for planning, dashboards, and risk tracking.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a track record of executive-level reporting.
• Experience in vendor management, outsourcing, and finance process optimization (AP, fixed assets, hotel accounting).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Budget monitoring proficiency and analytical skills for financial impact assessment.
