  • Conduct detailed variance analyses and compile comprehensive monthly reporting packages for leadership review.
  • Assist in audit preparations by organizing documentation, schedules, and responding promptly to auditor inquiries.
  • Maintain strict adherence to industry standards for cash-based real estate accounting, including ASC 842 lease accounting.
  • Support system updates, test new features, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency across the accounting team.

Required Qualifications for Success

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
