Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of all accounting activities for five high-volume airport parking businesses. Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements that provide clear insights into business performance.

Reconciliations and Compliance

Perform monthly bank statement and credit card reconciliations to maintain impeccable records. Assist in compliance reporting for federal, state, and local regulations, while supporting year-end processes such as tax return coordination and 1099 form issuance. Generate quarterly consolidated financial statements essential for bank compliance on Lines of Credit.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Build and nurture positive relationships with vendors, clients, and landlords to facilitate seamless operations. Collaborate closely with the Controller on ad-hoc accounting tasks, financial reporting initiatives, audits, and general ledger reconciliations. Contribute to ongoing improvements in financial systems and processes to enhance overall productivity.
