  • Assist with the preparation of financial reporting related to financing and refinancing activities, including lender reporting and compliance requirements
  • Prepare and process replacement reserve draws in accordance with lender and ownership requirements
  • Record fixed assets on a quarterly basis and ensure accurate capitalization
