  • Handle quarter-end accruals and GL reconciliations efficiently for your assigned portfolios.
  • Collaborate closely with property managers on budgeting, planning, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive informed decisions year-round.
  • Support the year-end GL close, working with external auditors and partners for smooth financial audits and tax preparations.
  • Prepare year-end workpapers and coordinate audit filings with outside accountants.
  • Partner with the Controller to uphold compliance with HUD, investor, and federal/state regulations, including all necessary tax filings.
