  • Identify, document, and track defects using industry-leading test management and ticketing tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and ensure seamless releases.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness.
  • Validate critical data accuracy, workflows, and business rules via backend queries and UI interactions.
  • Support UAT by guiding business users and resolving testing hurdles.
  • Drive QA process improvements, updating standards and documentation for team efficiency.

Required Qualifications
