About the Role

In this pivotal position, you'll serve as the guardian of system quality for insurance projects, focusing on Property & Casualty lines. Located in vibrant Princeton, New Jersey, our client is a leader in the insurance space, relying on your expertise to design robust testing strategies, automate processes, and validate complex data flows. • Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases derived from detailed business requirements, technical specifications, and user stories.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all test cases, execution results, defects, and resolutions using tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.
  • Perform hands-on testing across multiple dimensions: functional testing to verify features, regression testing to ensure stability, integration testing for system interoperability, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with end-users.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium to boost efficiency, reduce manual effort, and expand test coverage.
  • Leverage your coding proficiency (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) to customize and optimize testing frameworks for unique project needs.
  • Write sophisticated SQL queries to validate data integrity, perform data migrations checks, and ensure accuracy between source systems, databases, and reporting tools.

These responsibilities position you at the forefront of quality control, where your analytical mindset and technical prowess will safeguard mission-critical insurance applications.
