  • Candidate Experience Excellence: Manage communications, schedule interviews, and coordinate interviewers while guiding candidates through each step with timely updates and clear information.
  • Materials Preparation: Assist in developing interview questions, kits, and supporting materials to equip hiring teams for success.
  • ATS and Data Management: Track candidate progress meticulously, update the ATS (JobScore transitioning to Greenhouse), and maintain accurate pipeline data.
  • Operational Support: Bolster overall recruiting operations, documentation, and processes without direct sourcing responsibilities.
  • Tool Proficiency: Leverage Google Suite for seamless documentation and communication; bonus points for experience with ADP, WorkforceNow, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Required Qualifications

To succeed as our Recruiting Coordinator, you'll bring the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
