  • Document all client interactions, follow-ups, and notes meticulously in the firm’s CRM system such as Salesforce or Redtail.
  • Prepare comprehensive account documentation, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Maintain client accounts with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with advisors to support portfolio reviews, reporting, and relationship management initiatives.
  • Contribute to operational excellence by identifying process improvements and streamlining workflows.

Required Qualifications
