Accounts Receivable (AR) & Tenant Billing

  • Record diverse tenant payments (cash, checks, credit cards) and verify all deposits.

  • Prepare detailed monthly AR aging reports to optimize collections.

Payroll Support

  • Collect and review approved timesheets, verifying hours worked for accuracy.
