Key Responsibilities

Audits, Reconciliations, and Compliance

Conduct thorough reviews and reconciliations of clinical documentation to verify accurate coding and charge assignments. Perform audits on EHR systems to confirm billing accuracy and regulatory compliance, collaborating closely with clinical departments to refine workflows and uphold coding standards like ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this Revenue Integrity Senior Analyst role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field, coupled with at least 3-5 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, revenue integrity, or healthcare analytics. Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau is essential.
