Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership and Governance

  • Own the complete lifecycle of the SAP S/4HANA transformation, from initial planning through successful go-live and hypercare support.
  • Establish and maintain robust program governance frameworks, including risk registers, dependency matrices, and quality gates.
  • Develop and track detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with enterprise roadmaps and long-term operating model changes.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management

  • Facilitate coordination among diverse stakeholders in Finance, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, and external partners.
  • Oversee system integrators and vendors, holding them accountable to SLAs, deliverables, and contractual milestones.
  • Lead steering committee meetings, deliver executive-level status reports, and drive key decision-making forums.

Technical and Compliance Oversight

  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and quality across all S/4HANA workstreams.
  • Ensure full compliance with financial regulations such as SOX, Basel, IFRS, and CCAR, integrating audit and reporting requirements.
  • Drive seamless integration of SAP modules including FI/CO, FPSL, TRM, BPC, and GRC.
  • Champion system testing, user acceptance, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization using SAP Activate and agile practices.

Required Qualifications
