Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership and Governance

• Own the complete lifecycle of the SAP S/4HANA transformation, from initial planning through successful go-live and hypercare support.
• Establish and maintain robust program governance frameworks, including risk registers, dependency matrices, and quality gates.
• Develop and track detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with enterprise roadmaps and long-term operating model changes.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management

• Facilitate coordination among diverse stakeholders in Finance, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, and external partners.
• Oversee system integrators and vendors, holding them accountable to SLAs, deliverables, and contractual milestones.
• Lead steering committee meetings, deliver executive-level status reports, and drive key decision-making forums.

Technical and Compliance Oversight

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and quality across all S/4HANA workstreams.
• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations such as SOX, Basel, IFRS, and CCAR, integrating audit and reporting requirements.
• Drive seamless integration of SAP modules including FI/CO, FPSL, TRM, BPC, and GRC.
• Champion system testing, user acceptance, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization using SAP Activate and agile practices.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this S/4 HANA Project Manager role, candidates must bring a proven track record in large-scale SAP implementations within regulated sectors. Key qualifications include:

• 10+ years in project/program management, with at least 5 years focused on S/4HANA transformations in financial services.
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules: FI/CO, FPSL, TRM, BPC, GRC, and integration challenges.
• Expertise in regulatory frameworks (SOX, Basel, IFRS, CCAR) and audit-ready delivery.
• Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology, agile/hybrid approaches, and tools like Jira, MS Project, or SAP Solution Manager.
• Strong vendor management skills, with a history of overseeing multi-million-dollar SI contracts.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities for C-suite interactions.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP-specific certifications; Bachelor's in IT, Finance, or Business.
