Key Responsibilities
Program Governance and Tracking
- Support comprehensive program governance, including scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, and ensuring adherence to delivery standards and timelines.
- Maintain and proactively update RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) to provide real-time visibility and drive timely resolutions.
Reporting and Communication
- Develop and maintain program-level dashboards, status reports, and concise executive summaries tailored for senior leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-workstream meetings, preparing agendas, presentation materials, and rigorous action item tracking.
Documentation and Collaboration
- Manage all program documentation, including version control, and optimize collaboration spaces using tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms.
- Assist in financial tracking, resource planning, and seamless coordination with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Execution and Compliance
- Support critical phases such as testing coordination, cutover planning, and overall program readiness assessments.
- Ensure all documentation complies with internal audit requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices in financial services.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this S/4HANA Program Project Analyst role, candidates should demonstrate:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in program or project coordination, with preference for SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation projects.
