Key Responsibilities

You will support sales teams by optimizing lead and opportunity management, assist customer success with case handling and service consoles, and streamline operations through efficient data flows.

Reporting and Analytics

Design, build, and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and Einstein Analytics to provide actionable insights. Regularly review usage metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements for better decision-making across the organization.

User Support and Training

Act as the primary point of contact for end-user support, troubleshooting issues, managing user permissions, and conducting training sessions. Your efforts will focus on increasing user adoption rates and minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance.

Process Improvement and Stakeholder Partnership

Work hand-in-hand with sales, customer success, and operations leaders to gather requirements, analyze current processes, and implement enhancements. Leverage Salesforce best practices to automate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and support scalable growth.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst role, candidates should possess:

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst
• Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus)
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Classic, and AppExchange solutions
• Strong skills in SOQL, Apex basics, and Flow Builder
