Key Responsibilities

Strategic Solution Design and Architecture

Take ownership of designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive SAP solutions tailored to production planning, advanced scheduling via PP/DS, warehouse management systems (WMS), and streamlined order-to-ship workflows. Lead solution architecture initiatives by defining robust technical architectures, innovative integration patterns, and cohesive cross-platform designs that support scalable manufacturing ecosystems.

Business Process Analysis and Development

Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to pinpoint gaps, articulate functional and technical requirements, and craft bespoke ABAP and Fiori applications. Your hands-on development skills will ensure solutions are not only effective but also future-proof.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Integration

Partner closely with manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, engineering, and operations teams to align IT solutions with overarching business goals. Spearhead cross-functional and cross-platform development, expertly integrating SAP S/4HANA with MES, PLM, WMS, and B2B systems for unparalleled operational efficiency.

Analytics, Oversight, and Stakeholder Engagement

Oversee all aspects of programming, configuration, and development to deliver scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions. Leverage SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for advanced analytics and reporting, delivering actionable operational insights. Serve as the critical liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, fostering clear communication and ensuring project success from inception to deployment.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this SAP Techno-Functional Lead position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• At least 8+ years of SAP experience, including 4+ years in techno-functional or solution architecture roles.
• Proven expertise in SAP PP/DS, WMS, production planning, order-to-ship processes, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong hands-on skills in ABAP and Fiori development (mandatory).
• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAC, and integrations involving MES, PLM, and B2B platforms.
• Demonstrated success in analyzing, designing, and developing end-to-end manufacturing and warehouse solutions.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Preferred: Manufacturing, warehouse, or supply chain domain experience.
