If you have a passion for corporate law, a keen eye for detail, and experience in transaction management, this position offers the perfect blend of challenge and flexibility. Working in a hybrid model, you'll split your time between a modern office in sunny Scottsdale and remote work, allowing for optimal work-life balance while contributing to a fast-paced team driving multimillion-dollar deals.

  • Manage corporate governance, from board minutes and shareholder records to annual reports and filings with the Arizona Corporation Commission.
  • Orchestrate transaction closings, drafting title commitments, deeds, and settlement statements while coordinating with title companies, lenders, and escrow agents.
  • Partner with in-house counsel and cross-functional teams—finance, acquisitions, asset management—to streamline deal pipelines and mitigate risks.
  • Leverage advanced case management software (e.g., Clio or PracticePanther) to track deadlines, matters, and workflows efficiently.
  • Optimize SharePoint and other digital repositories for secure document versioning, e-signatures, and audit-ready retrieval.
  • Handle timely corporate filings, including SEC reports, UCC filings, and beneficial ownership disclosures under the Corporate Transparency Act.
  • Draft and negotiate legal agreements like NDAs, LOIs, PSAs, and vendor contracts with precision.
  • Provide robust administrative support for compliance audits, litigation prep, and policy updates.
  • Drive process improvements, implementing automation tools to boost team productivity by 20-30%.

Required Qualifications

To excel, you'll bring:

  • A Paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years in corporate law paralegal roles, preferably in real estate or investment firms.
  • Deep expertise in corporate governance, entity management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record in transaction management, from due diligence to closing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, DocuSign, and legal tech platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder interactions.
