  • Accelerate the learning curve for one or more distributed Agile teams by instilling a lean-Agile mindset. Coach on best practices, refine processes, and guide teams toward consistent, predictable delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate, complete, and readable single source of truth for all artifacts, workflows, and progress tracking. This enables effective planning, real-time monitoring of work-in-progress, and data-driven measurement during inspect-and-adapt cycles at the team level.
  • Orchestrate full alignment across dependent teams in a release train. Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery sequencing with crystal-clear communication strategies, ensuring all stakeholders share a unified understanding.
  • Proactively identify impediments and escalate them swiftly for resolution, minimizing delays and maximizing team productivity.
  • Foster accountability within Scrum teams to set sprint commitments closely aligned with their average velocity from the last four sprints, optimizing the chances of on-time delivery.
