  • Supervise key aspects of the SEC and FERC reporting process, including drafting disclosures, processing changes, ensuring accuracy and consistency, maintaining quarterly disclosure lists, and coordinating with printers.
  • Interact seamlessly with Business Units, Controller's Group, Investor Relations, Treasury, internal/external legal counsel, and auditors to achieve goals and optimize information exchange.
  • Research and apply new accounting pronouncements; benchmark SEC filings from peer companies to stay ahead of industry standards.
  • Execute key financial and disclosure controls to uphold a robust control environment and mitigate risks.
  • Assist in supervising staff accountants, reviewing tie-out binders, checklists, and ensuring timely, accurate deliverables.
