• Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, including Treasury, Legal, Tax, Investor Relations, FP&A, and operational leaders.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (Master's or CPA preferred).

• Expertise in US GAAP, SEC regulations, and complex areas like ASC 606 (revenue), ASC 805 (business combinations), derivatives, leases (ASC 842), and equity compensation.
• Proven track record in policy development, internal controls (SOX compliance), and auditor interactions.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills for training and stakeholder management.
• Ability to handle non-routine, high-stakes accounting challenges with confidence.
