  • Configure new jobs accurately in the ERP system to support seamless financial tracking.

  • Monitor budget variances, identify discrepancies, and propose effective cost-saving strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive labor utilization reports, analyzing trends to enhance efficiency and reduce overhead costs.
  • Maintain the general ledger, execute account reconciliations, and post journal entries with precision.
  • Manage fixed asset schedules, depreciation calculations, and associated reconciliations.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of costs, revenues, trends, and commitments to inform management decisions.
  • Contribute to financial forecasting, projecting future results and business performance metrics.
  • Uphold compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Document accounting procedures, implement robust internal controls, and mitigate financial risks.
  • Support external audits by providing accurate documentation and facilitating smooth processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and streamline accounting workflows for greater accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in invoice preparation, accounts receivable, and billing operations as required.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
