  • Manage the full fixed asset lifecycle—from capitalization and depreciation calculations to disposals and transfers—while maintaining the subledger and reconciling it to the general ledger.
  • Develop and maintain monthly fixed asset roll-forwards and depreciation schedules for precise tracking.
  • Handle lease accounting in full compliance with ASC 842 standards, meticulously maintaining records.
  • Partner with real estate, legal, and operations teams to review and interpret lease agreements, ensuring seamless integration into financial systems.
