Key Responsibilities

  • Administer payroll processes, manage employee benefits, and calculate monthly sales commissions accurately.
  • Handle contract invoicing, maintain project accounts, and ensure timely billing to optimize cash flow.
  • Develop and document accounting policies, strengthening internal controls and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Support budget preparation, monitor variances, and forecast future performance to aid strategic planning.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this Senior Accountant position, you need:
