Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will blend precision accounting with strategic collaboration:

• Prepare accurate financial statements in full compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Oversee core financial activities, including general ledger maintenance, cost accounting, budgeting, and in-depth financial analysis.
• Lead the monthly accounting close process and craft detailed fund partnership reports.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Asset Management, and Legal teams to ensure seamless reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Perform thorough reconciliations and uphold meticulous documentation within advanced financial accounting systems.
• Provide robust audit support, supplying documentation and addressing external auditor inquiries efficiently.
• Leverage deep GAAP expertise in areas like fixed assets, leases, asset retirement obligations, taxes, and debt accounting.
• Drive process excellence by recommending and implementing enhancements to systems, policies, and procedures for greater accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute actively to the company's ongoing systems implementation project, optimizing financial workflows.

Required Qualifications
