Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting business expansion. Your day-to-day will include:

• Reviewing and validating invoices from an outsourced accounts payable (AP) team to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Supporting comprehensive monthly financial reporting and preparing detailed JV financial packages for stakeholders.

• Managing core daily accounting functions such as AP, accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
• Contributing to job costing for ongoing development and capital projects, optimizing resource allocation.
• Preparing timely, accurate financial reporting packages that drive informed decision-making.
• Coordinating seamlessly with external audit and tax teams during year-end processes.
• Maintaining partner capital accounts and performing waterfall calculations for partnership distributions.
• Reviewing partnership agreements and loan documents to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Leading or supporting special projects aimed at streamlining accounting processes and enhancing efficiency.
