Key Responsibilities

Financial Close and Reporting Leadership

• Lead comprehensive month-end and year-end close processes, managing complex journal entries, accruals, prepaid amortizations, and detailed account reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Review and finalize financial statements, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and full compliance with U.S. GAAP standards.

Analysis and Problem-Solving

• Perform in-depth variance analysis, trend identification, and resolution of complex accounting discrepancies to provide actionable insights for business leaders.
• Conduct technical accounting research, prepare documentation, and implement solutions for emerging accounting issues.

Audit and Compliance Support

• Coordinate internal and external audits by preparing detailed schedules, responding to inquiries, and ensuring seamless compliance.

Required Qualifications
