Key Responsibilities

- Month-End Mastery: Lead the preparation and execution of month-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial statements and timely reporting for stakeholders.
- Inventory Expertise: Oversee comprehensive inventory accounting, including SKU tracking, physical adjustments, cycle counts, and reconciliations to maintain 99%+ accuracy.
- COGS Analysis: Analyze variances in cost of goods sold, partnering with supply chain and procurement to optimize product costing and profitability.
- Audit & Compliance: Support annual audits, quarterly reviews, and tax preparations by compiling documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in accounting workflows and implement ERP enhancements (NetSuite/SAP experience a plus) for greater efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, and executive teams to provide financial insights that inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
