Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, you'll dive into diverse engagements:

- Guide clients through audit readiness, transactional accounting (acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, debt), and technical accounting.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and craft strategic deliverables.
- Lead buy-side/sell-side diligence with quality of earnings, working capital, and net debt analysis.
- Author compelling reports translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Interpret ASC 606, ASC 805, ASC 842, GAAP, IFRS, and SEC standards into client recommendations.
- Design processes and implement tech solutions for better reporting and controls.
