Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you'll dive into diverse engagements:

  • Guide clients through audit readiness, transactional accounting (acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, debt), and technical accounting.
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis and craft strategic deliverables.
  • Lead buy-side/sell-side diligence with quality of earnings, working capital, and net debt analysis.
  • Author compelling reports translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Interpret ASC 606, ASC 805, ASC 842, GAAP, IFRS, and SEC standards into client recommendations.
