As a Senior Attorney - Personal Injury, you'll step into a dynamic position managing a full caseload of complex injury cases. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve end-to-end case management in personal injury litigation:

• Prepare for and take depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Handle motion practice, including drafting and arguing motions to compel, for summary judgment, and evidentiary matters.
• Develop strategic case plans and represent clients effectively in mediations, arbitrations, and courtroom trials.
• Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Collaborate seamlessly with firm attorneys, paralegals, and staff to optimize case preparation and achieve superior client outcomes.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this Senior Attorney role, you must bring:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and an active Minnesota Bar license.
