Play a central role in Annual Enrollment by collaborating on planning, preparing materials, and executing flawlessly. Support configuration and validation tasks alongside the Benefits Manager to guarantee success. Manage vital vendor relationships for health and wellness programs, meticulously tracking service level agreements (SLAs) and enforcing compliance with plan governance standards. Coordinate contract reviews, maintain organized repositories for assigned vendors, and align everything with legal and business requirements.
Tackle complex invoice reconciliation processes, handling credits, adjustments, and financial variance analysis in partnership with the finance team. Lead benefits-related due diligence for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), encompassing data collection, plan comparisons, and sophisticated cost modeling. Develop and execute change communication strategies during acquisitions, while monitoring post-close stabilization metrics to ensure smooth transitions. Finally, address escalated team member issues related to enrollment, coverage, claims, and leaves with empathy and expertise, while mentoring entry-level analysts on best practices.
To excel as our Senior Benefits Analyst, you need proven experience in benefits operations, ideally with a multi-state workforce. Proficiency in benefits administration platforms is essential, coupled with strong analytical skills for audits, reporting, and financial reconciliation.
