Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you'll serve as the lead for business requirements gathering and process improvement across multiple functional areas. With integration requirements lagging due to timeline pressures, your expertise will be essential to project success, bridging legacy systems like EAM, asset management, inventory, and financial/banking integrations with the new Workday platform. Engineering's Workday project usage is still evolving, and you'll play a key role in clarifying and planning for it.

• Lead discovery sessions to map undocumented business processes across functional areas.
• Analyze workflows for integration points, proposing simplifications to minimize dependencies.
• Challenge processes rigorously, asking 'why' to drive meaningful alternatives.
• Document requirements for Workday ERP, EAM legacy systems, asset/inventory management, and banking/HCM integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and business teams on Workday project features.
• Create detailed documentation, including process flows, diagrams, current-state, and future-state models.
• Plan UAT, crafting user test cases and scenarios to validate implementations.
• Lead as primary BA for the ERP project, spearheading process improvements.

Required Qualifications

To succeed, bring these qualifications to the table:

• 5+ years in Senior Business Analyst roles, ideally with Workday ERP implementations.
• Proven track record in ambiguous, high-pressure projects with legacy system integrations.
• Expertise in process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with EAM, asset management, inventory, and financial systems.
• Strong skills in process mapping tools for flows and diagrams.
• Comfort leading sessions and driving conversations with limited documentation.
• Familiarity with UAT processes and test case development.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
