Key Responsibilities

System Implementation and Maintenance

User Support and Training

Strategic Recommendations and Project Leadership

Analyze risks, costs, and ROI to recommend innovative tech solutions. Lead the development of IT projects, policies, and processes, while safeguarding sensitive company information through robust security measures.

On-Call and Vendor Collaboration

Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure uninterrupted service, and collaborate with third-party vendors to deliver top-tier integrations and support for eCommerce, CRM, and BI tools.

Required Qualifications
