  • Conduct thorough reviews of software releases, infrastructure changes, and deployments to detect vulnerabilities with scanners like SonarQube, Snyk, or AWS Inspector before production approval.
  • Manage end-to-end vulnerability assessment and penetration testing for on-premise and cloud-hosted applications (AWS, Azure, GCP), prioritizing and tracking remediation via Jira or ServiceNow.
  • Drive audit and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulations such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, and contractual obligations through evidence collection and reporting.
  • Define and test security standards for DevOps, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and release management, promoting shift-left security practices.
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to enhance security monitoring for cloud workloads, implementing SIEM solutions like Splunk or ELK Stack.
  • Develop, test, and execute incident response plans, participating in tabletop exercises and real-time breach simulations as part of a cross-functional IR team.
  • Establish secure integrated development environments (IDEs) for pipelines, incorporating secrets management with HashiCorp Vault or AWS Secrets Manager.
  • Design dashboards and KPIs using tools like Grafana or AWS CloudWatch to track security posture, alerting on anomalies in real-time.

Required Qualifications
