• Developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models for real estate investments, acquisitions, dispositions, and capital expenditure proposals to support informed decision-making.
• Preparing accurate quarterly forecasts, in-depth budget analysis, and comprehensive performance reporting across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail, and industrial assets.
• Collaborating closely with asset management, development teams, and investment committees to rigorously evaluate underwriting opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Consolidating and analyzing critical data metrics such as Net Operating Income (NOI), occupancy rates, portfolio risk profiles, and Net Asset Value (NAV) benchmarks to provide actionable insights.
• Delivering ad-hoc financial analysis, lease abstraction modeling, capital stack evaluations, and scenario analyses to guide strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications
