Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations & Controls

Handle the recording and reconciliation of expense transactions and capital project costs, strictly adhering to GAAP standards and internal company policies. Take ownership of monthly and annual closing cycles for assigned business units, maintaining rigorous account reconciliations and documentation to uphold compliance and audit readiness. Your meticulous approach will ensure accuracy and integrity in all financial data.

Reporting & Decision Support

Produce timely, clear financial statements and management reports that highlight key drivers, explain variances, and provide deep insights. Monitor IT-related budget allocations, project costs, and business cases, ensuring full compliance with corporate approval processes. Distill complex financial data into compelling, actionable narratives tailored for executive teams, empowering data-driven decision-making.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

Build strong partnerships with IT and executive leaders, translating operational initiatives into measurable financial impacts. Champion enhancements to financial processes and reporting systems to achieve greater speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Required Qualifications

To excel in this Senior Financial Analyst role, candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, coupled with 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate accounting. Proficiency in advanced Excel, financial modeling, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data visualization tools like Tableau is essential.
